Anastasia Norvina Mini Vol. 3 Norvina Mini Pro Pigment Palette ($29.00 for 0.32 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette that features two shimmer shades, one glitter shade, and six matte shades. The palette was a mixed bag with a couple failures with more mildly disappointing shades and a few that were actually good/easy enough to work with.

The glitter shade does include plastic glitter, though the palette only had a warning for the Pressed Pigments (B1, B3, C1, C3) as "not intended for use around the immediate eye area." I have found that the brand's Pressed Glitter formula is one of the worst on the market when it comes to the more self-adhesive based formulations that have been released in the last couple of years.
