Why is there polyethelene?
The ingredient Polyethelene, is used in Clean Genie and many other cleansing balms to create that beautiful buttery, melted texture. It holds the formula in that balm/butter form and prevents it from separating. We can confirm it's not in a solid form and therefore not considered a microplastic in accordance to current EU law.

I have really sensitive skin, is it fine to use?
We have patch tested our formulas to be suitable for sensitive skin, but you know your skin best! We would always advise to patch test any product beforehand to make sure you don’t have any adverse reactions.

Does it remove waterproof make up? & Eye make up?
Yes! We tested Clean Genie on waterproof eye make up, including our super long lasting Life Liner, and it removed it effortlessly!

Do I use it before or after Yo Glow?
You should use Clean Genie as your first cleanse, to remove your make up. Then follow up with either a second cleanse or Yo Glow.
